Racing to Victory with Car Number 1
As many of you racing fans already saw, Kendrick was the lead sponsor for NASCAR driver Mike Wallace's Number 1 race car at Daytona Beach. The entire Meek family was in attendance as Wallace raced in the season's kick off event. But they weren't alone! Online contest winner Miriam Sexton joined the Meeks in the Pit for the race! She told the Fort Myers News-Press of the experience and Congressman she was "thrilled to win" and "Once you start looking at Meek, you see he's got the background and the ideas to really lead." Check out the rest of the article here.
Kendrick's participation in the race made headlines across the country. Read more from CNN here and USA Today here. Kendrick was even joined by Mike Wallace - who called the Congressman "the smartest candidate he's ever come across" - on an interview for Fox News' morning show Fox and Friends. Click here to watch!

The Orlando Sentinel ran a front-page article on Kendrick's race for Senate. The article quoted Cape Coral police Sgt. Robert Wardrop who met Kendrick after receiving the FOP endorsement.
